

· FUCITHALMIC eye drops contain 1% fusidic acid. Fusidic acid is an antibiotic used to treat infections on the eyes surface.
· FUCITHALMIC treats conditions such as:
o Conjunctivitis or red eye (inflammation caused by bacteria)
o Stye (infection of a hair follicle)
o Blepharitits (infection of the eyelid)
o Keratitis (inflammation of the cornea)
· FUCITHALMIC is available in 5g tubes.

FUCITHALMIC - each gram contains fusidic acid, hemihydrate Ph.Eur.10 mg
Do not use FUCITHALMIC if you have contact lenses or if you have any allergies to fusidic acid. Tell your doctor if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Do not wear contact lens while using FUCITHALMIC.
Tell your doctor if you have any allergies, or if you are taking any other medicine as these may affect how FUCITHALMIC works.
FUCITHALMIC eye drops can cause some side effects. If they occur, they are most likely to be minor and temporary and include temporary stinging of the eye after application. FUCITHALMIC may cause transient mild stinging of the eye. If you develop a skin rash; itchiness; swelling of the face, lips, or tongue; or have difficultly swallowing or breathing seek medical advice from your doctor.
Always use FUCITHALMIC strictly as instructed by your doctor.
