· ULTRAPROCT is a type of cortisone used to treat hemorrhoids, superficial anal fissures and proctitis.
· The active ingredients in ULTRAPROCT works by reducing inflammation and pain associated with the conditions listed above.
· ULTRAPROCT is available only with a doctor’s prescription and is fully funded.
· ULTRAPROCT comes in two formulations to best suit your needs.
o Ointment (30g)
o Suppositories (12 pack)
ULTRAPROCT Ointment – 0.92mg fluocortolone pivalate, 0.95mg flucortolone hexanoate and 5mg cinchocaine hydrochloride per 1g
ULTRAPROCT Suppository – 0.61mg fluocortolone pivalate, 0.63mg flucortolone hexanoate and 1mg cinchocaine hydrochloride
Do not use ULTRAPROCT if you are allergic to any of the ingredients in ULTRAPROCT, if you are pregnant or think you might be pregnant, or if you suffer from tuberculous, syphilitic processes in the area to be treated or viral diseases such as chickenpox.
Tell your doctor if you notice any unwanted effect or suffer an allergic skin reaction; you are taking any other medicines including any that you buy without a prescription from your pharmacy, supermarket or health food shop.
Like all medicines ULTRAPROCT can cause some side. Tell your doctor or pharmacist if you notice anything that is making you feel unwell.
Always use ULTRAPROCT strictly as instructed by your doctor. Avoid prolonged use.
